Highlights:

– Fighters can go from BJJ to Kickboxing but not Kickboxing to BJJ
– Do your best to stay in your class, no doubling up
– Must drop off, no spectating
– BJJ enter/exit on 432 side
– Kickboxing and Fitness enter/exit on 430 side
– Enter front door, exit back door
– Masks recommended but not required
– No drinking fountains
– Locker room will be closed, come dressed in workout clothes
– no communal gym equipment. Bring your own gloves
– Sanitizer stations will be setup
– Instructor will be wearing a mask
– Pod system will be in place (training with same people of 4-6 members throughout phase 2, same household is best)
– If you have come in contact with someone Covid-19 positive, take 14 days off
– Do not train if you are feeling fever, chills, fatigue, loss of taste or smell, cough, muscle or body ache, sore throat, diarrhea, shortness of breath, headache, runny nose.
